PAWLIK CONSULTANTS WINS BMW INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING
The Hamburg-based company continues its growth trajectory
As of next year, PAWLIK Consultants GmbH will be partnering the BMW Group Academy, assuming responsibility for the organization’s soft skills training program for the upcoming 5 years. The contract has been signed after winning a multi- phase tendering procedure against numerous renowned competitors.
PAWLIK and BMW Group Academy have one common goal: with the world of work becoming ever more complex and dynamic, and demands of employees increasing accordingly, the two companies believe it imperative to provide staff with the opportunity to develop both their personal and their communicative abilities. The partnership will see PAWLIK’s expert consultants provide 1,500 training days per year. Focusing on social competencies, the training sessions will cover a total of six themes, among them self- management, team development and conflict management,
